VISION Engrave Heads
Ohio Gravure Technologies' engineers have over 30 years experience in designing and building high-precision, sub-micron controlled machines, including the award-winning Vision engrave heads.
As of now, we have four versions of the Vision engrave head, but since we continually improve our products, that could change in the very near future.
Vision 4
The Vision 4 high-speed, multi-frequency engrave head handles any screen size. It is an optional upgrade exclusively for the Spectrum engraver.
Vision 4 with Hybrid Engraving
Exclusing to the Spectrum engraver, the Vision 4 engrave head with the Hybrid engraving option. Get the best of both worlds.
Vision 4 tranScribe
Add the advanced capabilities of the tranScribe Engraving System to the Vision 4 engrave head.
Vision 3
The Vision 3 high-speed, multi-frequency engrave head handles any screen size. It is standard equipment on the GS Spectrum, GS HS and GS 827 engravers.
Vision 3 tranScribe
Add the advanced capabilities of the tranScribe Engraving System to the Vision 3 engrave head.
Vision 2
The Vision 2 multi-frequency engrave head with electronic feedback, and hysteresis correction to ensure optimum engraving results. Only available for the GS 857.
Vision 2 tranScribe
Add the advanced capabilities of the tranScribe Engraving System to the Vision 2 engrave head. Only available for the GS 857.
Vision 1
The Vision 1 engrave head was available for B700, M820, and M850 series engravers.
Specialty Engrave Heads
Only Ohio Gravure Technologies has the High Output head for deep cell volumes.
The Mega 1 engrave head is a unique head only available on custom-built engravers.
